Keep The Pace

Its very easy to loose your spirit when you don't keep your pace. A beautiful and memorable holiday is fun but it can be ruined with the last 2 days when you days are messed up. Keep the pace to let your emotion and conscious keep aware.

Still look at your important goals and be ready...keep the pace and be positive

Wake up late in the morning...

With my wife and daughter around...

Get some simple breakfast and lying down in bed watching the tv

Then watch some dvd....good one
......Or play some good music, piano, singing

Get a good lunch and then take a afternoon sleep fro 2 to 4....

Walking around a bit and. Then watch another dvd


So relax

The essensce of managing lies in few key points only: your goals and your resources. More resources you likely will be able to achieve the goals faster with more quality. So here you need to remember on managing your work and managing people:
- always set clear expectation on the quality of work - set the deadline when your people should finish it. You should record and monitor this. Things happened and sometime they just can not finish it. If its not urgent it should be ok BUT they must come to you to tell it.
-If they can hit achieve the deadline you should ask why....and you have to ask wheter resource problem? And if it is you need to use find the solution.
-Its also will show haw your people plan thair job.
- During monitoring or performance review you can explain to them what they achieve and not. Remember to record down.
- Record down: task, deadline, update deadline.

So once again its about empowering, deadline and time management,resources and monitoring and recording

The game of life is like fullfiling different kind of rock, stone, sand to your basket. Is about prioritizing in your 24 7 life. So what is your rock? :Have you fill in the right rock. You may notice that most of your time you let the rock left outside and busy fulfill with the sand. What is your rock?

Faith hope and love, and among it love is the most important...

You may want a and then get it....and then you want b and then get it.....and then ....z. And then get it...after that...in one spot you will notice that it will need satisfy your need. It just another continue process that grow you to a mature state.
